To celebrate the release of Maeve O’Meara’s new book, Food Safari: Earth, Fire, Water, we are delighted to invite you to a Middle Eastern banquet lunch hosted my Maeve and one of the many stars of the book restaurateur Joseph Abboud.  The new book celebrates the elements in a unique way – over 200 recipes from the acclaimed SBS TV series which features the many multicultural cuisines of Australia and focuses on the bounty of the Earth (vegetables, herbs, nuts and fruit) ; Water (seafood, fish sea vegetables) and Fire (from grilling to wood fired ovens).
