Lenny Hayes (born 14 January 1980) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for the St Kilda Football Club in the Australian Football League.

Hayes is a former captain of St Kilda and was an onfield leader in the Saints' midfield. He is now the assistant coach at Greater Western Sydney.
