Antony Suvalko

Antony Suvalko's working background demonstrates his passion for food. Restaurants run in his family’s veins, and it was only natural that he followed a similar path. Antony has owned and operated a successful catering company and worked with Illy Cafe to develop their Pacific market. Having embraced digital media Antony launched his own website, in 2009 to great success, followed by, which produces smartphone apps on food destinations. Antony has enormous affection for South East Asian cuisine and culture, as well as recently co-authoring The Real Food of China with Leanne.
