Simon Thomsen is the lead contributer for The Foodies' Guide to Sydney 2011. He has been a fixture on the Sydney
foodie scene for more than a decade. Most recently he was the co-editor of the Sydney
Morning Herald’s Good Food Guide for six years and is currently the Daily
Telegraph restaurant critic and a columnist for The Punch. Aided in
his quest for tracking down the best foodie hotspots of Sydney and beyond
are acclaimed food writers and authors Leanne Kitchen, Elizabeth
Meryment, Pauline Nguyen and Ross Dobson.
