With a background in early childhood teaching, Sabrina Parrini launched a fresh take on the vibrant Australian food scene with Little Kitchen, Australia’s first organic cooking school and cooking party venue for children and teens. Sabrina regularly features in cooking demonstrations at major food festivals, has her own line of child-friendly cookware and plans to revolutionise the way people look at improving children’s health and wellbeing. Sabrina’s first book, Little Kitchen, was published in 2009. Her latest book Around the World with Little Kitchen was published in September 2011.
