Lucy Malouf
Lucy Malouf is a food writer and editor based in
Melbourne. She is a regular contributor to newspapers, magazines, restaurant guides and websites and is the author of two books: The Food and Wine Lover’s Guide to Melbourne’s Bays and Peninsulas and The Seasons Plate Cookbook .
Along with Greg Malouf, Lucy is also the author of four internationally acclaimed and award-winning books: Turquoise: A chef’s travels in Turkey ; Saha: A chef’s journey through Lebanon and
Syria ; Moorish: Flavours from Mecca to Marakech and Arabesque: Modern Middle Eastern Food . Her most recent book, Saraban: A chef’s journey through
Persia was published in November 2010.
